“Britannia lanes team have been fantastic they where able to sort me out a storage unit in a matter of hours. The unit i had was at the new falmouth site which is all controlled by an app to get in and to unlock your storage unit. Very easy to use and you can share your access with other people that are helping you move items. There's a toilet on site which is spotless. The encounters with the staff at both truro and falmouth site have been a pleasure. I would recommend anyone to use the storage units and their removal side as well”

“We were one of the first to use the Falmouth facility when it opened a couple of years ago and have downsized our unit a couple of times. The whole process has been easy and Nathan in particular has been very helpful throughout. Keyless access is great, there's different sized units available and the whole place is warm, clean and dry (toilets there too!). Plenty of trollies available and lots of room to manoeuvre them! It may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't hesitate to use this place again if we needed to.”
